I am in the process of looking for a builder/capenter to build a concrete base in our garden & contruct one of the swedeish type cabins, they are not cheap to buy & i need it properly built & insulated so dont want to chance it to a dodgy builder, they come in a fairly simple kit form, this is for my missus's work & i already messed up geting someone in to do the drive so am overly cautious now, i live north london/herts way & would be grateful for any info/emails with any decent & reliable builders please.

Are you not using any of the cabin manufactures recommended builders???

Why not buy a static caravan 36 ft long .Lot cheaper lots of people are useing them if they work from home .(or is it the look thing your after? )You could all way cover it in T & G FOR a log cabin effect just a thought mad one i know. hope you get sorted chris
