it is sial but i still cant believe they they are not required by law to refund and cancel any point on licences.
Just think if some one has lost there licence for 6 months on the top up system and has lost is job as a consequence could be some serious implications.

does anybody know any more details of this camera I.E. more exactly where it was and when (dates) it was catching people incorrectly.
Because my father was caught on a speed camera on the M4 wales end by a camera on a temp road works about 10 months ago and has paid the fine and got the points. So if this could be overturned it would be great for him I just dont know how to confirm if his was a wrong conviction ?

Junction 24 (The Coldra) on the outskirts of Newport travelling westbound. There was (and still is) a well signed 50mph over the bridge where repairs are taking place as a result of a lorry going through the barriers and crashing onto the roundabout below.
