I'm trying to find a nice 4/5 star hotel in london to take the missus after the theatre next month. Must be in W1. Can anyone recommend anywhere please?

Simon.

I would as mentioned above stay at the Hazlitts. It just around the corner from Soho square and is very cool. Its a class thing.. You want to stay in a 5* brothel... then any of the big hotels will be fine .. The Hazlitts reputation and service is world famous.

How much can you spend? lastminute.com is a great source of prices and ideas. Best service hotel I've stayed in in London is One Aldwych, nice pool, groovy bar and the rooms all have fresh fruit and flowers along with an original piece of art...highly recommended...just off Covent Garden..WC2 postcode though..d'oh!
