Me and Rachel drink a bottle of red between us every night. Don't spend all that much per bottle, usually about a fiver. Still it adds up over a year. Well we've been talking about giving a home brew kit a go but have no idea if they are any good. I'm willing to put time into it if the wine is any good but if the quality is any less than what we are drinking now I really couldn't be bothered.
Anybody tried it? Suggestions?
Thanks.

Gonna be a lot less. Probs disgusting in fact. There's a real art to making wine.

I've been brewing my own beer for 25 years now, they're just begining to catch up in terms of flavour in pubs now with guest beers!
