Thought I would stick some of this new bp stuff in, coming to end of 2nd tank.. motors running fine, poss bit less pinking, bp garage is also 10 miles closer = S£ving and it's 1p cheaper!, will save at least £100 quid a week!.

Has anyone else tried it?, believe it's meant to be 100RON as opposed to 98RON optimax

 

BP Ultimate isn't 100RON M8, Its 97RON

 

unless the bloke in the petrol station himself, is called Ron.

 

Oh well, gonna keep using it though, seems good, will be less hassle than beaning it off to the shell garage..

Wasn't impressed myself,never using it again.

 

Best that your engine is not doing any pinking at all,could be very expensive!
