Well I was stopped by Traffic Police Saturday morning, in the middle of Worcester city centre. Blocking up one lane in a small two lane road.

I asked what was the Problem was he said "We having a major crackdown on illegal Number plates and yours front one is Toooooooo small"

I'm extremely polite give all the required Documents the young keen policeman, who happens to be into cars, even owns a 240bhp 200SX and even reckons seen my car in a car mag.

With his police car flashing blue lights behind my car and the forms filled in, half an hour has past and now his can cross a Subaru off his list of 'Get's' I would say to the 'Older' Policeman with him seemed very nice I think he was baby sitting

And the piont of this post I like to apologise to the People of Worcester for the Traffic jam, the minor accidents and victims of roadrage caused by my small number Plate, sorry.

I think I would of told him to go get back in his crib and go and do something more intresting they are only on commission from the Scamera Partnership for Mugging!!!! to make sure that the Scameras can get you number for the coffers

What they should have done is tow your car with its dangerous number plate back to the police pound, thus avoiding causing a blockage to the public highway.
Then they could have charged you £150 to release it and done their nice cop, bad cop routine

I don't know. These people who go around flauting the law with their small number plates.

I'll be writing to the magistrate and get them to lock you up and throw away the key.

Having done 16,000 miles with is offencive numbeplate and first Time stopped

perhaps they had to switch off the speed camras and get other offences on there rap sheets. Out of the 5,000,237 conviction 5,000,000 where speeding tickets 236 numberplate offences and 1 car theft, well didn't accutally catch the thief but proscecuted the owner because the screen washers weren't working.

So Tony, what size is yours (number plate) I didn't even realise yours was illegal. No-ones bothered me ....yet. And I got help from a cop car in M'chester without any bother about my plate size or font. Any way, Happy New Year to all, see you in 04.
