Had to drive down the M3 tonight to get to work

noticed 2 cars who were both struggling to keep the car in the lane they were in , then worst of all as I signalled to come off the road, the car in front did so too but turned off too early!! on to the hard shoulder, drove along the hardshoulder a few yards and then continued up the slip road.

I seriously reckon these people were not drunk, but had maybe been drinking and thought they had sobered up / morning after topping up.....................terrible......
