As usual the TV chefs are divided as to whether you should stuff the turkey or not. Personally I make my own stuffing and shove it right up inside the body cavity of a fresh free range orgasmic turkey. I then make some sausage meat stuffing and shove it in the neck end.
Been doing this for years as had my mother before me and none of us has ever had food poisoning from doing it. So are these so called chefs right or wrong I ask. Surely the millions who stuff their bird
each xmas cant be wrong.

I will be stuffing mine good and proper later on tonight after ive been up the pub. I always find that after you have had a couple of drinks that she(the turkey) looses some of her inahabitions. And it becomes much more fun!!
