Free Running (prog on BBC 2 last Sunday)

Did anyone see the program on Sunday night about these "mad" free runners?
They are maaaaaad!
Imagine a bunch of fellas running, now add a few obstacles like railings and statues and bollards, get them to jump onto or over them in a slightly "ballet" sort of way and then ask them to do it on top of a building!!!!
They are obviously very fit and strong and have an amazinf sence of balance and can judge distance really well.
Anyone care to add any more about these guys?
