I have just brought a pair of new air max trainers. I am usually a size 11 or 12 so I brought a pair of 11 and a halfs as these are the only ones they had. I have worn them twice and they kill my feet. Do I stand any chance of getting me money back? Does any one know any way I could soften them up a bit. I tried them in the shop and they were sound but the tounge stiching rubs the foot just above me big toe?
Dont really want to send em back as I like them but they were £90

Cheers

Take the insoles out and you'll be sorted!

Not really, you'll only end up mis-shaping them - it'll look like you've got Incredible hulk feet

Best bet is to get the insoles out, I've done this before and it worked out ok. They feel different at first but you get used to them.

Depedning on how honest you are..

You could just pick some of the stitching and get your cash back ?
