Question

firstly i am a new user but have been reading scoobynet for a while, so hello all.

There have been a few posts on this subject before and people have mentioned a book which is very useful to help giving up. can someone remind me of the author and title?

had my last smoke on wednesday night and just need a little help to keep me off them for good.

I'm smoking again after 18 months of being off them Still, enjoying it at the moment. Aiming to give up again in February. Good luck

Thanks for information people.

I am at the stage where I feel better already but am struggling to imagine going out, on holiday, etc without smoking.

What makes people start agian after all the hard work when giving up?
