Question

If I were to buy a Nokia 3200 sim free does anyone know if I could put a oldish PAYG sim card in it (would like to keep the same number), and still have all the extras functions including MMS and WAP? It's from the days of BTcellnet (now O2).

Also has anyone got or used a 3200 yet? Opinions?

There is a difference with older SIM cards, and they *may* not work with MMS

My old SIM card (2 years old) stores 8 txt messages, and 90 names & numbers

My new SIM card (4 weeks old) stores 20 txt messages, and 200 names & numbers

Your provider will issue you an updated SIM if needed.

After all, they are going to think they might make more money off you if you have MMS services!

Cool

If your old sim is not already enabled, give 02 a call and get them to enable your sim for MMS.
I was the same when using my old cellnet sim before I upgraded it to an MMS handset, me being a dumbass took me week's to find out why I couldnt send or receive pictures.....
