Any recommendations on what to buy or what not to buy. Anything in particular I should look out for when choosing. And, of course, where's the cheapest place to purchase?

I rate the jabbra bt200 thing.. gel earpiece that goes in the ear. Takes a little getting used to, and can be flaky if voice dialing with a nokia 6310i - the headset tends to disconnect once the call path is established.
Call quality is good tho, 'cos it goes in ur ear, cuts out a lot of background cr*p.

I would wait to see what comes of the recently announced trials in to the effects of Bluetooth communications in rats with possible stimulation of estrogens in men leading to gynocomastia. It was in the Lancet Medical Journal this month.
