damn ink stain!! help mee!!

theres a big *** red mark on our bathroom floor (laminate wood effect lino) which i assume is ink of some kind, think it came off a shopping bag that was left there and got wet...is there any way of gettin this mark off without damaging the lino? i've tried scrubbing with soaps n cleaning fluids n stuff but its not budged
