By parading Sadam on television and showing footage of DNA samples being taken they have breeched the Geneva Convention.

They had to parade him otherwise the Iraqs would have still had doubts.
Just look at the reaction of the Iraqi reporters.

and since 9/11 when have the US followed any of the protocols of the geneva convention.. hmmm have to think about that one..
I think we should have a Romanian style slant on the trial, it sorted out that loveable rogue Nicolae Ceausescu and the misses.

It has been agreed that Saddam and his followers are to be tried by the Iraqi people part of the rebuilding/trust of Iraq. That also means he/they will get their punishments (ie Death).
