During PMs question time whenever the person at the box sits down a load of MPs stand up. A few seconds later they sit back down again as if nothing has happened . Why do they do this?

Have a word. It's a variation on the 'hands up' theme. At school, when the teacher asked a question, only the kids in the 'unit' would keep their hands up long after it has been answered. Was you in der unit?
