New Cameras on Tower Bridge

I noticed this morning that there is two new camera sites on each side of tower bridge, theres three cameras on each and they look very much like SPECS ?
Can anyone confirm this.....

is it actually possible to speed around that area?? I highly doubt they are specs cameras anyway cos they operate over a 1/4 mile stretch or something like that, not a few hundred yards.
Isn't 440 a few hundred then...????
