Are the numbers stored to the phone or simcard? You usually need to store the numbers on the phone for voice tags to work. Took me almost a year to work that out on my t720

Wink

Go to 'Contacts' and select the contact you want to assign the voice tag to. Open that contact and select the number you want to assign the tag to. Select 'Options' and cursor down to 'Add voice tag' and away you go.

Bizzare!

Memory location makes no difference on mine. OK, let's make sure we've got this right:

1. Go to contacts.
2. Select and open a contact.
3. Select the number within that conbtact that you want to assign a tag to.
4. Select 'Options'.
5. 'Assign voice tag' is the 6th option down in the list.

Don't understand why you can't see it.............?

Cheers

'Contacts' is one of the icons on the applications screen. It's a little blue book with a yellow telephone on the front cover and it's got 'Contacts' written beneath it.

You access the applications screen by pressing the Menu key which is the one below the green send key.
