Any structural surveyors / builders on SN?

Just about to make an offer on a ground floor flat and wondered if someone could take a look at some photos of the property and comment on some cracks?
If so I'll upload the files to an ftp site
Thanks

I'm not but...
Are the 'cracks' inside (plaster) or outside (bricks) or both in the same area? We have had a record dry summer and this has caused a lot of buildings to 'settle' as the ground dried out. Do they look fresh or have they been there for ages?

I certainly have been out with the old flexible crack filler tube after that summer. Many cracks in the house - VERY annoying after re-decorating. It did start giving me the wobblies as it is essentially subsidence, but they are only small cracks so it is no big deal structurally. I hope...
If exterior or interior bricks crack or windows/doors jam worry about it.
