I can get one of these 6 months old for about £750

first question
are they any good, and how good is the picture ?
second:
can I connect to my PC gpx card ?, its a radeon 8500 it has a vga and another type of output, I had the pc working through a telly once when my monitor broke down.
third:
will I need a screen or can I just sand a section of wall super smooth and paint with a suitable white paint?
fourth:
how far would it need to be from the wall to obtain a 4ft screen?
fifth:
if I say mounted on the far edge of my PC desk and and pulled the desk away from the wall by about 4 - 5 ft how big would the display be?
sixth (sp)
anything else I need to be aware of.
As you may have sussed I am thinking in terms of PC games here, will the FPS rate of the games played affect the output quality?, What would be the best means of connecting the projector to pc?, I would get another GPX card if neccessary.
All input gratefully welcomed.
Cheers,
Mike.
