A (slightly) tongue-in-cheek entry to begin with, I call it:
'Long Winter Nights (how do you spend yours?)'
Canon EOS 1D, 0.6 sec, f/13, ISO 200, 24-70 f/2.8L @ 70mm.
Please keep this thread for competition entries only - discussions here
Good luck everyone

On behalf of ProperCharlie, I am proud to host:
"Fire and Whisky"
Taken on an Olympus E20 with a wide angle attachment.
EXIF information tells me:
Speed: 2 sec
Shutter: f2.0
Focal length: 9mm
ISO setting: 80
I have resized to the originally agreed (I thought) 800pix along the longest edge...
Cheers,
S(imon)B

I've only had the camera a day, so they're not very 'arty', plus I'm not walking too far into a forest at 3:30am !

'Forest at night'

Inspired by Mr T's pic of the A629 I got off my fat **** and had a go myself. These are my first attempts.
This one has Mr Plod on a blues and twos run, probably off to reload a speed camera with film
Both taken with Canon 10D, 15 sec, iso100 and AWB, cropped in Photoshop.
