Hmmm thought about it myself since they announced the details about the new University. Last yr there was a w/e were virtually all flats were sold I was told, then the prices rose so maybe too late for a good profit. St Leonards is a better bet I believe.

Yep in my opnion Hastings is the part of Hastings that you want to avoid. Mate of mine used to live there and there were frequent shootings at the pub opposite his house. He moved to Battle.
