If you were in the North West I could help you out there as I have a little leather cleaning and repair business.
Basically, you'll need to find a leather specialist local to you (try phoning a few local upholsterers) they'll point you in the right direction i.e. either the right chemicals to use or come and do it for you. I'd advise you but the stuff I use only comes in bulk
Be careful using household products as you can easily scar the leather if you use something too harsh.

Concur with the milk.
Whole milk for preference. Dampen a kitchen towel and wipe over the area.
When the ink is all gone, make sure you clean / rinse the area to get rid of any lingering milk!

Cheers for the advice guys and gals.
With the suite, I bought the additional stain/rip/tear insurance, but I was just wondering if there was anything I could do, without having to contact the insurance.
I think I'll get them out to clean it, since I'm paying for it!
Apparently, an "engineer" comes out within 24 or 48 hours.

Hmm, "engineer" isn't quite the word, but the repairs can be quite tricky (cleaning is easy if you have the right chemicals).
I think "technician" would be a more appropriate description.
