Fog Lights
#3
What? You mean that when the fog lights are on, you don't gain an additional 15bhp?
Damn.
Edited to add:
And if you accompany them with only the sidelights on, isn't that a further 10bhp?
25bhp is not to be sniffed at... unless you have a Saxo VTS of course... they don't need them

"Blue LED's add a further 10hp"
LMHO !! .... does anyone know how they started? ... is there a reason for them (I think I first saw them on trucks).
Also, how many of you have received rude hand gestures for politely pointing out to other drivers that they have their Fogs on?!

Has anyone else noticed the new washer jet LED's that cycle through several colours?? They're particularly tasty... apparently the BHP gains are variable depending on the colour
One of the young lads who works here always says he wants some on his car so I asked him why people bother - he said "it draws peoples attention to the fact that you have a nice car". He diddnt have an answer when I asked why, in that case, the Koeneisegg diddnt have them as standard!

Good sticker!!
Aside from the boy racers, do people not realise that most standard front fog lights on most run of the mill standard cars are just ineffective in fog conditions??!! In fog conditions that I have driven in, the front fog lights are effective to a range of approx 10 to 15 foot, usefull, if you are travelling a 3mph any higher speed, pointless!!

I will say that I do use my fog lights when it's not foggy. However, I only do so when on a B or C road in the dark and I wwant an extra bit of illumination to show up and suicide bunnies etc. I always turn em off with full beam when a car comes the other way of I get to a decent bit of road.
