i doubt that ryanair have a customer services department. that would be too expensive...

(b*stards wouldn't let me on a plane the otehr day cos there was *only* 38 miuntes until departure. i seriously considered walking out of stanstead and driving to glasgow instead, rather than cough up £80 to get on the next available plane, but the missus wasn't up for it)

Cant see anything on their site but perhaps someone has got one for a particular employee in the past????

Now there's a company that obviously doesn't like giving out their email addresses!!!

The only ones I could find were in the jobs section. It was enough to ascertain they use <surname><initial>@ryanair.com

e.g. smithj@ryanair.com

Doesn't seem to be a customer services one though!

sorry, I meant try sending it to info@ryanair.com (I'm just guessing the email address!)

If I were you I would either ring or write to them if they have mischarged you as its obvious they don't rate email as a method of communication at Ryanair!
