Ok, justed watched "watchdog" rgds scooters, so this is now off the crimbo list, but
so where do you stand if u are disabled ? if electric scooters are illegal for kids then surley so are the ride on scooters for the disabled as the only difference is they have 4 wheels and not 2, any member of the blue ranks care to clarify this pls ????

A traffic sergeant told them that electric scooters are illegal to ride on public highways and footpaths. The law states it is an offence to use any mechanically propelled vehicle on a public thoroughfare. That includes pavements, grass verges and even car parks.
