Not as a feature of the phone, but i believe if you are a contract user your network provider can do it for you.
I have the manual at home so will check it for you over the weekend.

You can set up an accept list but this would be a PITA. Call your service provider and get them to block the number, they won't have to rely on caller ID either.

Accept list would be the way. Simply create a group (advanced options in phone book) then add all the numbers accept this one to the group. Then in Calls go into manage calls, then 'accept calls' then slect 'accepted list' and 'add to list' and select the group you created. Volia.
ok so adding members to the group is a pain, but it's possibly quicker than adding all the members to the accept list, plus when you add a new number to your phone you just add them to the group, and if you want to bar a caller, then simply remove them from the group.
