Afternoon All,
One for all you skiers out there..
I am considering a pair of Rossignol Salto STS boots, but have found a retailer selling Salto RSX boots (which look totally identical to me) at around £70 cheaper.

Anyone know the difference between the models?

The current line of boots on the Rossignol web site include the Salto STS, ST and S. I suspect the RSX are last years stock, hence the lower price.

Agreed mate, i've done the same searches and cannot find anything relating to the RSX - so i'd come to the same conclusion.

Dave, most important thing when buying boots is get ones that fit properly, a good bootfitter should find the perfect boot for you. You should be in the shop min an hour trying on a few pairs, then narrowing it down to 1 or 2 pairs which you wear for as long as possible in the shop. Make sure the shop will tweak the boots for you if you ski in them and they give you pain, ideally get a money back comfort guarantee.
