Read the millions of reviews on there !

I bought a Proline from Comet for 37 quid and its great. plays everything and loads better than my PS2 or Xbox for DVD playback, dont know why anybody would buy the dearer ones apart from badge snob value or reading to many magazines !

I got a Pacific one from Asda and **** me its great for £40.00 with a three year no quibble gaurentee. My dad got one from Asda and it didnt play certain types of DVD so he took it back and the woman said "oh we dont do that one now, will this one do" My dad said no probs as it was £20.00 more than the one he paid for a week earlier

DVD players are so cheap now because you can get a recordable one for £199.00

I've got the earlier Yamada DVD-2100 and its played everything I have thrown at it. The jpeg function is great for viewing all your digital camera pictures.

Well the one I bought from richersounds for my parents is brilliant and only cost £39 or £49. Now my high-ish end Tosh dvd player (£500) is nowt better so you pays your money and all that....

I have the Yamada DVD-2100 as well and it does everything I need it to.

If you are after a specific feature from a player, like multi-region, VCD compatibility, it's best to check here first!

Would I get one for £40 ... actually yes I would.
I'll go high end again one day, but not just yet.

Wink

Do a search for KISS 450 DVD PLAYER, they do more variations but this ones there cheapest at around £120.

Bit steap for a player you probably havent heard of but lets just say it plays DIVX. Supports 3.11, MPEG4, XVid etc etc aswell as the usuall vcd, svcd, kodec pics.

Download films via internet then burn them and watch on your dvd simple.

got to say the cyberhome402, i think it is, actually puts both my ariston and tosh, to shame.
both in pic quality and sound.
-i guess technology has moved on quickly in this area!!!

bought it from Richer Sounds in London, for £69.95 for my little boy's xmas pressie.

happy shopping.
