hi all,


anyone have any snack idea`s?

i just have peanuts, and thortons diabetic chocolate..

and anyone have any good atkins forums, uk ones??

i mainly have chesse & ham for breakfast or egg, bacon & tomato`s

for lunch tuna, tomato and cucumber

and dinner, these nice asda chicken meals ( 2 for a fiver) or maybe an omlette with peas too.........

i have only lost 3 pounds in the last 3 weeks though, any tips??

bacon strips. M&S have own brand, Waitrose have Cornhill.

works for me

Bloody hell mate you should have lost more than that I lost a stone in my first 3 weeks. You positive you are not taking in any sugar anywhere?? I didn’t bother with snacks between meals, I just had 3 substantial meal for breakfast, dinner and tea but nothing in between and also nothing after 7pm apart from a cup of tea. Lost 4 stone in 3 months been of it 2 months now and it’s staying off.

Try a large teaspoon full of Whole Earth no added sugar peanut butter....nice

thats not necessarily a bad thing. any more than 1-2lbs a week, and you're causing muscular atrophy, not fat loss.

however, it would be prudent to get some ketosticks and ensure you are in (and staying in) ketosis.

I had Mini Baby Bells and Peperami for snacks, and I lost 1.5 stone on my 3weeks on induction.

I have however put most of the weight back on, due to pigging out like a big fat git after substantially increasing my weed intake

i got some cheese strings today, they have no carb or sugar...

and mini bay bells and peperami sound good too!


so any forums yet??
