go for a walk in a wet field let um dry
then polish them with neutral shoe polish, my brown ones come up really nicely, they need doing actually, you volunteering? 
ok fek the walk thru the field just shuv um under the tap

Join the army, they`ll show you
If your going to polish them use Kiwi polish. While the leather is still damp brush a load on then wait for them to dry then buff them to a high sheen.
