I simply cannot beleive that Phil the Greeek or any of the other Royals are bum-boys. Maybe he was just having a j-arthur and slipped on the dormat onto the "servant's quarters"!

The scandal is not that a member of the Royal Family has in any way assaulted someone, its that they did not act when an alleged assault, by one member of staff on a another member of staff, was reported to them.
At least that's the way I read it.
