Ok folks, i've been experimenting!!

Boil some new potatoes (the smaller the better)
until you can poke them nicely with a fork (20 mins or so)

drain and place in bowl.
coat in butter and sea salt.

microwave for 2 mins to crystalise salt.


Get some nice salmon fillets
Put **** of butter on top, with strands (grated) of garlic

Wrap in foil and put in preheated oven 180 deg c for 20 mind.

chop onions, mushrooms and cherrry tomatoes, and place on pan with olive oil. to make a lovely salsa (ground peeper on this)

relax, pour out a pint of "wife beater" and eat!!!

cool sounds nice think ill give that a go... but the wife hates fish??? is there an alternative? ie ill have salmon she has???
