Simply extort, under false pretences, at least sixty quid plus three points from otherwise innocent drivers!!! Then refuse to hand it back even though you are in the wrong!!

The camera was wrongly sited for over a year and
So much for TEMPORARY roadworks,over a year.Why dont they concentrate on getting the roadwaorks done instead of spending time/money on camera's.
If it was me i'd sue the f-uckers for stress/insurance costs etc,the whole sha-bang.

spent 3 weeks in Spain this year and did almost 1000kms and never saw one camera, was the driving standards over there reckless at all? well.......yes 
you can even overtake a police car on the motorway while breaking the speed limit and get away with it
