Go on channel 4 and pretend you know all about it offering blindingly obvious advice then write a book about and sell it to mugs who think its dead easy cause they've seen in on the telly so it must be true.

The book just repeats the same old principles as she says every week.
1. Buy cheap (she never says where from)
2. 'Know your market'
3. Have a 'realistic' budget
4. Hope that the market is rising because that's what she normally blames good pfofits on

Everything is overpriced. Houses, building plots, you name it. The market has peaked - even in places like West Wales. Personally I want interest rates up to bring some sanity back into valuations.
