Went with 3 because they were cheap.750 minutes free a month (apparently) for £35.What they they dont tell you is that the billing cycle is 14th to 14th of each month,so if u start your contract before or after the 14th of the month they charge you extra on a pro rata basis and not tell you. Also the customer services are in Pakistan and Dubai so the chances of speaking to anyone english is remote. They also rekon that in 9 days 750 minutes have been used which is utter tosh.Coverage is awful, and when you go into the 3 mobile shop to ask questions they tell you to ring customer services aka bangladesh who mutter something like 'we will get back to you' 3 weeks later you are still waiting
Avoid them like the plague they are hopeless money grabbers (much like my ex girlfriends)

No Problems here. Of the 5 contracts that are in my family all are Ok. Pro rata is fine with me although it can be a little confusing on first bill. My SO has a problem using her 750 minutes pm!

The call centres are actually in Mumbai and Glasgow so you are correct in saying that the chances of speaking to anyone English is remote.

Orange will not OVP as they don't offer Video therefore say they don't have to match the talk time?
A get out clause obviously
i have now heard one good comment about 3 every body else i know has slated the coverage service and handsets i went to orange after alot of thought. no good having loads of minute if you can't connect!
also if you are outside 3G coverage and have to use 2G you pay more per minute! so you have to cover the cost of their poor coverage and have less services what a con.
