buy it under assumed identity so the ****er gets the %age commission charged to his credit card by e-bay. By the time he get to sort it out his interest should be (dare i say it) ASTRONOMICAL

e-bay fees ?? probably still cheaper than an estate agent, with a bigger audience ?? !! and knowing e-bay there will be 100 treckies all trying to outbid each another - anyway, must dash !!!
