My 4 boys all want DVD players for crimbo, so me was searching through Argos/Dixons/comet/curry's for the best deal, when for no apprant reason, well actually it was an interval in the TV programme the adverts start,& one was for SUN LIFE insurance they say if u take a policy out with them for as little as £10 per month, to say thank you they will give me, on my first payment a DVD player, ok so its not the all singing all dancing kind but at the end of the day its a DVD player for a tenner...

So has anyone taken up this offer ?? and got there DVD player or has any one done the dirty and taken up the offer got the DVD player then canx the policy?? if so were you allowed to keep the player cos im thinking of taking 2 policies out for me & the wife, so there's 2 dvd players to start with

check out your local asda.....my brother in law bought a £30 dvd player and he rates it above his £200+ pioneer jobby.

i understand they have sold out at most stores, but safeway are doing them for 50 notes

Boots have an offer on this week. Spend £40 and get a Philips DVD player for £45 (half price). Then you could take the stuff you bought back to the store. Bingo, four good DVD players for the price of two.
