Can you peeps please update me on the current meanings of all the acronyms used in this forum.
I think i have worked out a few:
IMO = In My Opinion
IMHO = In My Humble Opinion
LOL = Laugh out load
LMFAO = ?????
LMAO = ????
AFAIK =????
Can somebody help me as i cant make sense of half of the posts, oh and this is only a short list of the ones i can remember. I know there are many more and please feel free to post the meanings here as i am sure that i am not the only one who doesnt understand.

FUBAR : F***ed Up Beyond All Recognition.
BOBFOC : Body Off Baywatch, Face Off Crimewatch.
LRF : Low Resolution Fox (someone who looks attractive from a distance but is a bit of a minger close up).

Acronyms are where a new word is formed from the initial letters of the phrase you are trying to shorten, an abbreviation is to make a word shorter by missing bits out of it.

While on hols with the chaps last year we were traumatised by all the fantastic looking girls on the beach and in the bars who were no more than 16 ie half our ages. The acronym we came up with was KULU - as in "oh, she's foxy" reply:"sorry mate, she's KULU"
