Watched this all the way through for the first time last night. An excellent story and really entertaining. Edward(s) Norton and Furlong doing a stirling job.

Hadnt seen the end before so was expecting Norton to get gunned down and not Furlong - nice twist to a great film.

Red face

Watched it last again. On that curb part when he says goodnight you can actually hear his teeth grinding on the pavement.

What would happen to someone if you kicked them in their head while their teeth were on a curb. Kill them? Break all their teeth and their jaw?

I didnt think it would kill them but he was sent down for 2 deaths.

Absolutley love the film, but I can't figure out why he got released from prison earlier than the guy he befriended who robbed the TV.

Well from what I saw and heard it sounded like his neck broke. Darren had some massive combat boots on and the crims neck was exposed below the kerb so it would be quite easy to do it. Even if that didnt kill him Im sure the multiple gunshot wounds would have.

That scene may have been gruesome but served a very important purpose. Shooting the armed crims stealing his car would have been fair cop in the US, but to then deliberately follow up and murder someone in that way confirmed his extreme beliefs in white power.

When I had seen the film before I didnt actually realise those armed car thiefs were the guys they had won the local basketball court off.

This film and T2 show Edward Furlong to be an outstanding actor for his age. Its a pity he went off the rails

Wasnt he in for 3 years for 2 murders? Im guessing it was a lighter sentence as they were armed and stealing his car. The guy he befriended was in for 6 years for 'assaulting' a police officer.

3 years is a very light sentence for murder, even in America with mitigating circumstances. Nevermind, I shouldn't let it ruin the film for me.

ive seen it umpteenth times, one of my all time classics edward norton is the fecking king

i have the dvd anyone of u seen it, it shows the parts that are cut like cameron trying to give the leadership to seph the fat **** and they go to the takeaway and he tried to talk to him but its funny coz seph is a dum fecking idiot so their he see's a white lassie with a black man and starts giving them abuse

and the other part when edward speaks to his teacher swinney inthe takeaway when they want him to do things and he asks a lil black girl, how do i look

it was an emotional film , it made me cry a few yrs back when it came out, it was hurting u know what part but i wont tell anyone

Cheers Moses

I've just realised that Danny typed that on his screen near the end, then deleted it. Suppose it should have clicked. I must be getting a little slow.

Top movie

What's great about it is the way that they make an almost convincing arguement for their actions...seriously makes you think
