Im booked in for a TEK3 this sat 11th at BRD, driving down from preston, m6>M5, i have to be there at 2.00pm, whats the crack with the traffic/car park at around 11ish in the birmingham area, any advice please

It always gets a bit slow from M6 junc 11 Southbound till the M5 turn off. Shouldn't take more than say 15mins though really.
Will give you time to take in some of the breathtaking panoramic views available to you though

Should be no real problems Andy. I think the roadworks are complete now, and Saturdays are better than during the week.
If you get to Jnctn10 and it's a carpark (an accident can do this easily ), you can slide down the black country route until you pick up the Hagley Road ( at the end of this road ), then folow the signs until you hit the M5.
That way you see the all the best bits of the Black Country , Bilston, Wednesbury etc
