I sent off my £2 to get my credit file about 2/3 weeks ago. I've had nothing in the post so far from them but they've taken the money from my account.

I have phoned the contact numbers on the website but it is all automated service, I sent an email one week ago and have got no response. I just want to speak to a HUMAN!!!!!!

OK so £2 isn't much but the principle is that they've got 2quid and ive got no credit file!!! [img]images/smilies/mad.gif[/img]

Office is just along the road from me and I had to go there in person to get my file sorted.

Well Experian can't confirm my identity so can't do my credit file without a load of documents

Maybe I don't exist?
