Road Tax/Speeding Van in Wokingham

Just letting all you going around the Wokingham Area today that I have just seen a Van setting up. Dont know whether it is a Road Tax one or a Speed one as it didnt have an markings on it.
But anyway it is parked in the layby as you head into Wokingham from the Coppid Beach roundabout just before you enter the 30 limit.

Yea I think it is for Road Tax as there were a Few Police Bikes and an Omega there and they has a few people pulled over with there bonnets open (Checking VIN number I assume)when I drove past again earlier.
Almost went that way on the way back to Reading, but thought I'd take the scenic route via Wokingham
