In the past I've got good prices for batteries from my local VARTA distributor. Worth a try for a scoob I would have thought. Check your yellow pages under Battery Mfrs and Suppliers.

Thumbs up

Just rang the local Varta distributor.

Virtually the same price as an online cheapo battery, so I'll be off to get a Varta in the morning.

Cheers.

You could try unipart, I think they still do a lifetime warranty battery.

You could go to a local Lucas branch. Now trading as LSUK.
