Should I wait till I get to Cyprus to buy a diggy camera?

Going to Cyprus (Coral Bay nr Paphos) next week. Looking to buy a Pentax Optio 550 - cheapest UK price is about 380 pounds. Anyone have experience of buying electrical goods in Cyprus, am I better to buy now or wait till I get out there.

If they are cheaper there then why not. If it is an expensive camera the only thing to check is that the warranty covers you to get it fixed when back in the UK. I.e global coverage warranty.

Cheers Ian, that's my thinking too - it's availability and price I was wondering about. Presumably Cyprus is like most of the holiday destinations and has lots of shops selling cameras and the like?
