Someone on SN placed an ad for some web design work in the computer related section.
Someone I know contacted them, and was asked to do the work, the work was done, the person was happy, but has since not bothered paying for the work. Its been at least 3 months now.

Not really a matter that needs to be resolved on ScoobyNet is it?
The contract is between the 2 parties and nothing to do with ScoobyNet.
As always there are 2 sides to every story.
I'm going to put a stop to this thread now for that reason.
