Very sad someone so talented should die young.
Rest in peace.

His last album 'Drive' had some good reviews. Very sad that someone with as much talent and musical drive should come to premature end. Seems strange one big heart attack should take him away like that, without any warning signs.
God bless him.

Seemed like a nice guy, though I'll be honest and say I couldn't stand his records.

Real shame - worked with him on the track with UB40....
Did they say if the heart attack was related to anything?
Nice guy

no, not yet. Haven't seen any mention of known heart problems. Guess they'll not know for sure unless they do a Post-mortem.

LONDON — Rock singer Robert Palmer, known for his sharp suits
and hits including "Addicted to Love," died Friday in Paris of a heart attack, his manager said. He was 54.

Maybe Unclebuck's picture hints at why he kicked that bucket 20 odd years too early

Good pic mate - I always wanted the two on the left - but the guitarist ones on the right were so much more.....er....freely moving LOL!
I always liked the fact he dressed in a shirt and tie - looked cool.
