As I said in my previous thread about the fight I had at work today, well Ive got to go to a diciplinary hearing thingy tomorrow to see if I will lose my job or what ever they do, not that I care if they dismiss me as I was leaving anyway as I need a perminant 9 to 5 sort of job, but thats not the point. The other guy started it by throwing a spray bottle full of bleach at me, then tried to swing for me but missed (DOH!) so of course I hit him a few times and It was broken up (but not over).. so about 15 minutes later I saw him walking up to the staff room so me still being pissed off, swung and connected with his head nicely, which was wrong of me but justified.

SO.. Im wondering If theres any point in me going to this disapline thing as I was leaving anyway, the only point of me going would be to try and get the other guy sacked for starting it, but I could also get sacked for hitting him when it was 'over'. Oh and if I do bother going should I bother taking a union rep? I need a few views please
