How can I connect a set of these:
to one of these, also got a 5.1 sound card.
will I need to drive them with another amp? , I've got a NAD intergrated jobbie, if I can whats the best way?

Piece of Cake - use the Missions as your front left & rights (get shot of two of the cubes)
Just double-check the the impedances are OK (they should be though)
