Why does my Orange spv phone tell me I have answerphone messages but when I call it I get the message saying, "you have no new messages". I try to see if I saved some but it says, "you have no messages in your inbox"???

The answerphone icon is permanently on the screen and the 'Contacts' button reverts to 'Answerphone' every few hours telling me to call to retrieve them!

If someone could also help me set up the internet / email access I would be grateful.

My contract has run out and got it in PAYG now. Was going to get an 808 but been told they're shi7e too.

Can anyone help with the dns set up?

The speakerphone icon is a well known prob - what you have done (inadvertantly) is deleted your last message, then turned off the answermachine without first waiting for the message icon to disappear.....(daft I know)

The easiest way to get rid of it now is to phone your mobile from another phone, wait for the answer machine to cut in, leave a message, phone ur answermachine on the SPV, then remove the message properly from ur phone (waiting for the icon to disappear from the screen before you hang up)
